Food Intolerance Test

The Food Intolerance Test is an all-encompassing assessment that identifies your sensitivity to a wide range of 900 food and non-food items.

Food Intolerance Test

Do you frequently endure headaches, fatigue, bloating, constipation, or skin rashes? These symptoms are commonly associated with intolerance or sensitivity to specific substances.

Our comprehensive Food Intolerance Test examines up to 900 potential triggers that could be contributing to your symptoms. These triggers encompass everyday food and refrigerator items, as well as non-food items like pollen and pet hair. The test provides a thorough analysis of sensitivities, nutritional deficiencies, digestive health related to the gut biome, hormonal imbalances, and metal sensitivities.

How to Test for Food Intolerance

The Food Intolerance Test offers a convenient and painless process by requiring only a small hair sample, which you can easily collect at home. Unlike tests that rely on blood or urine samples, hair testing is generally not affected by recent activities such as stress or food intake.

Once you place an order, we will promptly send a testing kit to your address. This kit contains everything you need to gather your hair sample. To ensure successful collection, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Whenever possible, try to include the hair root in your sample.
  • If cutting your hair, aim to cut it as close to the root as feasible.
  • If your hair is longer than an inch, only a few strands (3-4) are required for the sample.
  • Any form of hair can be used, but avoid using hair from a brush or similar accessory to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Hair dye or treatments will not impact the test results.

After obtaining your hair sample, place it in a small sealable bag to maintain its dryness and security. Avoid using metal foil or metallic packaging, and refrain from including any other items in the same bag.

Once the sample is enclosed in a secure bag, place it in an envelope or postage wallet and send it to the provided address. The laboratory will receive and process the sample, and you can expect to receive the test results within 3 to 5 working days.

The Difference Between an Allergy and an Intolerance

Allergies typically present more severe symptoms compared to sensitivities or intolerances and often persist throughout a person’s life. Common symptoms include headaches, cramps, diarrhea, gas, or nausea.

In the case of a food allergy, the individual’s body is unable to properly digest a specific food item, leading to immediate irritation of the digestive system upon exposure. This immediate response explains why most allergic reactions are felt right away.

Conversely, an intolerance is generally less severe than an allergy. While the symptoms may be similar, an intolerance to a substance can also result in coughing, swelling, abdominal pain, or breathing difficulties.

Unlike allergic reactions, the symptoms of an intolerance may not always be immediately evident. They can manifest anywhere between 10 minutes to 48 hours after coming into contact with the trigger.

Unlike allergies, which are typically lifelong, intolerances can evolve over time due to changes in lifestyle and diet.

The Accuracy of Our Food Intolerance Test

Our facility has successfully conducted tests on over 400,000 samples worldwide and undergoes regular audits by independent authorities. It is staffed with extensively trained and highly qualified scientists who employ state-of-the-art equipment and procedures to ensure the highest level of accuracy.

The Intolerance Sensitivity Test utilizes cutting-edge bioresonance equipment known as the Mars III (Multiple Analytical Resonance Systems). This device is manufactured and acknowledged as a medical scanning device 11a in accordance with ISO EN 13485 standards.

The Limitations of the Food Intolerance Test

The test results will exclusively display items for which you have an intolerance level exceeding 85%. This threshold indicates the point at which intolerance symptoms are typically experienced. Items below this threshold will not be included in the report.

Any item on the list that appears in color signifies that it falls within the minimum intolerance level of 85%. Within this range, the items are further classified as low, medium, or high intolerance.

The analysis of metal toxicity assesses your sensitivity to metals included in the test. However, it does not indicate the quantity of metals present in your body.
